At Dapies, your health and satisfaction are our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of health food and wellness products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- The item is not perishable, refrigerated, or temperature-sensitive
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Important: Opened supplements, food items, or consumables cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used food and supplement products
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
